I have been awarded the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification by Tufts University. I previously worked at CVS Health as a BI QA Analyst where I defined test cases & test plans for SIT, End to End Business Testing & UAT Testing of proprietary software applications. I managed the Google Cloud practice for 66degrees. In my three years at 66degrees, I successfully built a Google Cloud practice working closely with leadership and our partners, Google Cloud generating $15M in revenue in a span of two years from ground zero. As a Cloud Program Manager, I was tasked with strategizing and building out 66degrees Google Cloud service offerings along with account management, partner success, sales operations & project management responsibilities. I was part of the core team that saw through the successful acquisition of 66degrees (previously Qwinix Technologies) followed by a subsequent merger and re-branding. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner. In my recent experience as a Program Manager at Amazon, Im responsible for managing Amazon Retails flagship product launch in many Amazon stores that affect nearly 1.5M global sellers. In my current role, I regularly work through ambiguity with a customer-centric mindset. Most recently, I identified and optimized five product enhancements through a data-driven approach leading to a 20% increase in customer satisfaction insights.
