I like to consider myself a person whose abilities and strengths are broad and limitless. This was put to the test when I joined the automotive tech startup, Carma Project, right out of college. At the time, I was one of 10 employees in the company, including the founders. Being in this position allowed me to absorb information from all aspects of the business. Analytics, operations, accounting; I was involved in it all. As our company grew, I earned the responsibility of managing new market launches as part of our expansion. Throughout 2021, I launched markets across the nation, and helped grow the company from 10 employees, to 250+ by the end of the year. This rapid company growth allowed me to grow as an employee at an equally fast pace.
As company growth started to plateau, I refused to. I focused on identifying new business opportunities and launching new programs. My business communication skills I acquired at UCSB, as well as my analytics skills I developed right out of college allowed me to create actionable plans with clear KPIs. This resulted in the development of 2 new programs, and more than $200k in revenue in only 2 months.
Moving forward, I look forward to combining my wide breadth of knowledge and experience, with my unrelenting desire to succeed, in order to help any future employer grow and thrive. My experiences show that I am no stranger to rapid growth and I look forward to bringing this mindset and capability to any future employer.
Im looking for a job that puts me in a position where I can use my problem-solving skills on a daily basis. I also relish the opportunity to work directly with clients to identify their needs, and work with my team to go above and beyond any client expectations.
