Technology Development Program Leader: The Pacific Ecosystem for Cyber (PEcoC) Project
Manager. Led a team of scientists, technical developers, and business administrators across
10+ organizations to win the first JCTD for ARL UH and MHPCC, build the DoDs first ML/AI
pipeline for continuous R&D, first vast storage capability, while also establishing the HPCMPs
first international DREN extension, on budget and ahead of schedule. Supported the FY21
NDAA and OUSD(R&E)s cyber modernization priority for cybersecurity requirements.
Provided an information advantage through the application of integrated AI and ML
techniques that improved cyber-threat identification and response while integrating disparate
national cybersecurity programs into the PEcoC. Incorporated additional threat and malicious
behavior into ML algorithms and software models while continuing development and
deployment of deep packet inspection models that look for data exfiltration into DoD
operational platforms. Slated for FY23 RDER funding for accelerated development and $60M+
in funds to continue expansion efforts into FY30.
