Summary

Strong background Knowledge in Preparing IT Project Strategy, Implement based on the Road Map defined, frame Project Management guidelines and establish IT Operations Excellence with proper Governance model.

Develop IT Project Management Strategy in Alignment with local, Global Business Objectives and Goals
Demonstrated experience with efficient and effective project kick-off and planning methods to create an accurate project plan and risk management plan.
Work on Transformation and enhancement of current projects that improve the operational landscape for the global markets businesses, as well as internal company projects that enhance Straight Through Processing
Collaborate with other Project Managers, Program Managers, and Functional Managers to coordinate efforts and define and leverage best practices
Achieve Higher Productivity and Quality of the Development by defining proper Roles and responsibilities, RACI, Project Matrix and IT Change Control Mechanism
Establish proper Partner Support Model for managing Systems Operations along with Stringent SLAs and KPIs
Establish a Clear IT Budget Approval and Negotiations Process considering the Return on Investment with minimum Spillover and Support Internal and External Audits
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and independently in fast paced environment.
Strong Customer focus and build strong relationships with internal business customers and align deliverables to intended outcomes
Leverage, experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem
Adopt Scrum Methodology, facilitate Sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.
Risk Management, S/W Compliance and Define Project Management Policies, Process and Standards Operating Procedures
Facilitate communication and synchronization across Teams and Vendor Teams for various Projects and Business Development activities.
