In my previous role as a Program Lead at Microsoft, I was responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of multiple high-visibility projects, including the successful launch of a new product line. My ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive project schedules, budgets, and scope resulted in the successful completion of these projects within timeline, budget, and quality constraints.
In addition to my project management skills, I have also developed strong operational skills through my experience as a Lead Project Manager at J.P. Morgan Chase. During my time there, I successfully streamline processes, improved efficiency and reduced costs, which led to an increase in productivity and profitability.
