multiple customer accounts.
Performed Project / Program Management role for 6+ years (including plan for the scope, timelines,
resources, milestones, etc. of Project(s) within a Program; Execute, monitor and report Project status to internal /
client stakeholders on a periodic basis; Identify project risks and dependencies; Develop contingency plans,
monitor and take corrective action on operational parameters that impact project profitability, as required;
Oversee change management at Project level; Maintain relationship with clients; Manage the Project team from
an operational perspective; and Oversee knowledge management within and beyond the Project with the
objective of delivering Project as per time, cost and quality parameters within the pre-defined guidelines and
norms of the contract. Account Operations - Review the operational parameters which impact the bottom-line
(e.g. pyramid size, utilization etc.) for the Project to ensure margins are met; Raise invoices, as and when due;
Submit monthly budget plans and seek approvals required in case of any deviations; Communicate and build
awareness around MSA and contractual terms.)
Having a good understanding of agile methodology and Scrum framework and implemented in various
projects to help customers to get benefitted out of this model.
Performed Scrum Master Role for 3+ years. Holding license of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) & Certified Scrum
Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance Inc.
Having a good understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure. Having license of AWS Certified Solutions
Architect Associate from AWS.
Worked extensively with the Onsite-Offshore model and experienced with taking delivery ownership of medium
to large size of teams (overall 50 - 70 team members).
Having good experience in PMO (including Project Revenue/Margin Forecasting, Margin Analysis, Contract
creation (SOWs), Billing, Timesheet reconciliation, Invoice Generation, Au dits & Quality assurance, PMR & Client
Reporting).
Having good experience in Requirement Elicitation, Business Requirement Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Solution
Design and Solution Review.
Having domain exposure in Banking, Insurance, Shipping & Transportation, Retail and Real-Estate.
Proficient in tools like TFS, JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS-Office, HP-ALM, SharePoint
Achieved many awards from both Cognizant and Infosys.
