Summary
I have two years of experience in program management with an emphasis on vehicle production and maintenance. During this time, I created and enforced a streamlined workflow for scheduling and working on vehicles, worked with numerous different departments to ensure their specifications for vehicle productions were met, and ensured all key stakeholders were informed with status updates throughout both processes.
Before discovering program management, most of my job experience was in multi-role functions that included sales, accounting, customer service, and tech support due to my eagerness to learn and to challenge myself. This included becoming certified as a Salesforce Admin and to pursue my MBA to further develop my skills.
My key talents lie in communication, organization, and policy and procedure creation.
Expectations
In a new job I would like a company that encourages and supports growth, presents challenges so the daily tasks do not become monotonous, and would be a great place to utilize my myriad skills. A company that offers more than competitive benefits would also be ideal.
