Summary

I had about 2.5 years Experienced in IT. Working as an Production support analyst, ETL Application support,Batch Monitoring, Workload Automation, SOA application support, Oracle Database, Unix, Automic UC4, ESS,MFT, ServiceNow and Jira tool.
Day to day performance and support of mission critical applications and technologies, acts as the single point of contact for business user, ensuring that incident and problem management are followed and supported..

Experience in production application support on database and datawarehouse job monitoring skills.
Proficient in log monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Exposure in Automic batch scheduler.
Exposure in ETL process Datastage job/batch scheduling.
Good understanding in processing stages like Aggregator, Join, Sort, Merge, Transformer, Remove duplicate and etc.
Basic knowledge and having experience with SQ (Oracle database) and UNIX command.
Addresses and resolve batch issues by carrying out basics diagnostics and identifying the problems.

Expectations

I am looking for production/application support role on Database and Data Warehouse concepts. As well as ETL workflow and batch/job monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting.
My Skills are Datastage Etl, Automic, Servicenow, ESS, Mft, JIRA, Oracle SOA, Oracle Cloud, Fusion Rep.
