Summary

6 years of Production Supervisor experience in the Semiconductor industry.
Manage execution of all process, methods and handling protocols.
Directly manages workforce responsible for executing production schedule.
Track and document work center performance.
Interview, evaluate, and hire to capacity.
Evaluate and review current team members performance.
Communicate with Compensation department for team wage and evaluation annually.
Achieve delivery performance and track OTD.
Manage continuous improvement projects.
Ensure timely escalation and documentation of problems to support groups.
Execute manufacturing Specialist cross-training and 5S systems.
Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by reviewing manufacturing data, applying knowledge of product requirements, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment engineers and soliciting observations from Specialists.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing labor, planning work flows, space requirements and equipment layout.
Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
