Summary

Expectations

I am looking for a company that is innovative and can move quickly on decisions. This company will put employees over profit margins and shareholders. A company that follows and practices the values it touts. We should be able to respect and trust each other at all times. I'm not looking for a family; I am looking for a job I like and a place that values all women in tech (by promoting and paying them) as much or more than men. This company should provide full autonomy and empower employees to make decisions and act on those decisions. Last, but certainly not least, healthcare benefits that are affordable and don't burden us with high deductibles.
