development of Digital Products, such as a global webportal for doctors or a CRM system,
managing Research teams, most recently in UX/UI design and doctors digital pain points,
application of Design Thinking and Human Centered Design,
development of product artefacts: vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, business model, personas, OKRs, journey & empathy maps, MVP definition, opportunity hypothesis etc.
keen interest and experience with Mac/Win/Web/Mobile Jira, Confluence, AHA!, AEM, Office, TEAMS, ServiceNow, Figma, Gigya, Veeva, SAP R3, SalesForce - ease of learning new SW tools.
