Summary

I am driven to be successful. I worked myself up from customer success to a lead, to manager, to director or customer success. I then worked my way to be a Product Owner. I like to drive solutions to automate the mundane.
Communication is key. Collaboration is necessary. If you have these, you can't fail alone.

Expectations

The first thing I look for in a company is great culture. Companies will have ups and downs. There are crazy days and chaos. But a healthy, inclusive, collaborative, fun culture will make those times easier to deal with.
I am looking for a company who will help me continue to grow, but will also listen to me when I have ideas to contribute.
