Summary

I am a skilled Product Owner and technical professional with approx. 3 years of experience in product development. I have worked on several configurable eCommerce focused products, including a Shipping Enablement Platform, Product Information Management System (PIM), Order Management System, and a Channel Manager. I have a track record of delivering outstanding product solutions that drive business value. I have worked in the eCommerce sector for approx. 6 years now.

I have a full complement of technical skills and am experienced in developing and fine-tuning API integrations, testing, and designing information flows. For example, I have worked extensively personally testing and 'stepping through' APIs using Postman, and also canvassing API integration flows using UML mapping and Miro flowcharts. My most recent Product Owner role was as PO for integrated shipping carriers and platforms for the Shipping Enablement Platform. This platform is used for importing order and address data and then generating shipping labels and customs documentation in bulk with preferred carriers.

I am also experienced in business analysis and seek to gain a strong understanding of the operating environment, technology risks, processes and systems, and am able to identify pain points. I have a passion for learning and growing professionally and while doing so I am dedicated to adding exceptional value to businesses and its clients. I am no stranger to wearing multiple hats in a start-up environment.

Please note I am currently based in Auckland, New Zealand however I am willing to relocate to Sydney and Melbourne Australia.

Expectations

I am looking for SaaS companies preferably in the eCommerce or B2C shipping sectors. Ideally this company would be hungry to grow and will help its employees grow with it. Flexibility in working from home is also key while also promoting a healthy office culture.
