I am an operations specialist with over 6 years of experience with product and research teams in the tech and service industries. My interpersonal and analytical skills allow me to guide R&D teams to plan and prioritize successful launches, prioritize with customer feedback, and maintain maximum operational efficiency with the voice of our customers at heart.
I am an ex-Twilio employee, and have since tried my hand at Series A and B startups. I work best in an ever-changing environment with a strong, passionate team. My love of connection with technical and non-technical teams alike makes any operational role a perfect fit for my personality, and I'm looking to apply my enterprise and startup experience to a team looking to find clarity in their planning and processes, and bring the whole organization together, with product development as the star of the show.
Expectations
I expect to work with a team whom I can both contribute my expertise and learn from. I expect collaboration and an openness to mistake-making. I expect an environment of openness and honesty, but appreciate professionalism from my reporting manager. Personally I work at highest output with a flexible work schedule with one "focus day" sans meetings each week, but expect an open-door type policy when face-to-face meetings are beneficial. Most of all I'm looking to invest in a team I can support and grow for a number of years.
