Im a seasoned product and program leader with over 15 years of experience supporting and delivering SaaS products across regulated industries, such as fintech, retail, and commerce. Ive worked at scaling startups and global organizations, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to build internal tools, shared services, and platform components that improve performance and reduce risk.

Over the last several years, Ive held product leadership roles at Lightspeed POS and N26 Bank, where I led platform and infrastructure teams supporting everything from observability and incident response to PaaS and internal tooling. Ive developed roadmaps, managed backlogs, scoped and launched cross-product APIs, and facilitated alignment across senior stakeholders. My background includes both agile coaching and team management, which has shaped my collaborative, outcomes-focused approach to delivery.

In 2025, I am launching my own mobile app which helps pet owners stay on top of preventative care and medical records. That 0-to-1 experience has deepened my understanding of user discovery, design iteration, and the value of product ownership from idea to launch.
