Product Manager
Summary
I was Lead Product Manager for enterprise-level service parts pricing software. This position included acting as product owner for a cross-functional scrum team that included offshore resources. I also supervised three junior product managers, each of whom ran their own scrum team. I was responsible for gathering functional requirements from customers and translating them into functional and technical requirements documentation for use by the development and QA teams. From those requiremnts documents, I wrote epics, features, and user stories (including acceptance criteria). I was also responsible for overall product vision and backlog.
Expectations
I'm looking for a challenging position shepherding a software product into greater adoption and success, while being a transformational leader for the product's team - developers, QA engineers, and implementers.
