Summary

I am a Seasoned Product Manager, an MBA graduate with experience in project Management, product management, Business Analysis and Relationship Management. My experience spans over 10 years, 9 of which I spent working with Africas biggest financial technology company on high profile projects. I am a profit improvement specialist with a track record of driving revenue growth through digital payments/financial technology product lines. I am capable of analysing and solving business problems; leveraging IT & data to understand and meet clients' needs.
I am a self-starter and highly motivated individual who enjoys working in diverse and demanding environments while also leading and making effective contribution in successfully delivering benefits to an organizations bottom line by implementing solutions for complex challenges. I am highly analytical, very flexible and a result-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
My love for working with data in successfully executing my product management role has driven me to pursue an MSC in Data Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University which I recently concluded.

Accomplishments
Deployment of the NIBSS Instant bulk payment service (Africas 1st Instant bulk Payment solution), NIBSS P2P & P2B Transfer solution grew from a daily average of 1m to 6m transactions.
Upgrade of NIBSS Bills Payment Platform; e-Billspay, this led to 60% increase in usage. (Payment can be made in any bank regardless of whether one has an account there or not)
Rolled out a revamped version of a Bulk Payment solution; NIBSSPay this increased platform usage by 50%
Product Launch of a Pension Remittance management system; EPCCOS in partnership with PenOp making it easy for corporate and individual to remit pension.
Product Launch of Central Bank of Nigeria Projects (TSA Revenue collections and Global Standing Instruction (GSI) services) this assisted in loan recovery to the tune of 10m dollars.
Developed a Customer Accounts Repository for the Industry this assisted the financial institutions in KYC effectively.
Developed a framework on Identity Management for financial Institutions this reduced fraud by 50% and helped in increasing the rate of loan disbursement.

A role that will drive me to be innovative and to develop and deliver a product that solves real customer problems and meet core business needs.. I seek to be able to identify customer needs and build products that will solve the problem while at the same time meet business value. I will liaise with cross-functional teams including stakeholders to ensure a smooth product life cycle.
