Summary

I have worked collaboratively across a matrixed organization to identify requirements and lead a multidisciplinary team (clinicians, administrative staff), to develop a solution that targets standard clinical practice for specialists. This is expected to generate significant reductions on cost, utilization, and patient outcomes.

While this is one of my favorite examples, it is just one representation of the work I can do. I am a collaborator and a doer who has worked across various stakeholders to operationalize solutions/products. I have worked from the executive, strategic level, all the way through to development, implementation, and performance monitoring/reporting.

Expectations

I am looking for an opportunity to flex my creativity, be a part of creating and delivering products that generate value. I am looking for an environment that will foster my growth, learning, and bring me to the next level of my career. I am also looking for leaders that can trust that I am capable of more than I think I am.

I have spent the majority of the last two years implementing new products/solutions, so I am seeking an opportunity to be at the front end of the process, brainstorming, solving problems, and creating something of value for customers/users.
