Summary

Most recently, I have enabled over 1000 customers to utilize modern data stack tools, these are legacy customers still operating with On-Prem infrastructure. This made Cloudera, the first vendor in the market to support such capability. For Cloudera, I also led the partnership efforts between dbt, and Airbyte, to establish Cloudera as an eco-system player for modern data stack tools.
In my previous role with the bank, I led the development of Jeanie, a virtual bank assistant that has reduced wait time for customers from 240 mins to 7 mins. This assistant is used by Millions of Fifth Third Bank customers.
Apart from my day job, I have partnered with various start-ups to help them with their User Research by being an alpha tester and subject matter expert. I have also co-founded CUDIO.xyz, an architectural firm and I established its digital footprint which helped the firm to grow from 3 clients to 15 regular clients.
I have also done several side projects, one of my favorites is Find the Recruiter. It's an easy-to-access dashboard for candidates trying to find recruiters' contact details for opportunity discussion. It has data for 90+ companies and over 800 recruiters.
