Summary
Most recently, as a Senior Product Manager, I helped build Stash Invests agent systems to service customers who used the Stash app to build a better financial future. My focus for the past year was to get our transaction dispute process from discovery to deployment successfully by being compliant and user friendly.
Previously, I helped launch Apple Card with Goldman Sachs as a product manager by building agent systems and creating their back end dispute process.
Expectations
