Expectations

I'd love to work for a company that doesn't define roles and is willing to teach. The perfect work day to me looks like accomplishing the main goals of each of my primary roles but taking on tasks outside of my role to help my teammates and help the company in any way that I can. I'd like a role that wears many hats.
