Contact has a set of values that he clings to:
The customer comes first; always remember that there are real people on the other end of these products, and they are counting on this product to work for them when they experience one of the worst occurrences in their life.
What you are doing is important; if you do not treat it as such, nobody else will. Own your work and champion those efforts. Own your products and get involved in anything that touches them.
Remember that everyone is fighting their own battles; even though you need work done by other teams, they all have their own priorities and goals and personal lives as well; seek first to understand.
Be prepared, be thorough; go into every meeting with a purpose and an agenda, knowing who is there and what their motivation is; if someone asks for feedback or review, it will not get a rubber stamp, review it thoroughly and completely.
Value comes from what is delivered; do not mistake activity for productivity. Work must be delivered to create value.
Contact excels in his roles by holding true to his values, prioritizing winning as a team, and fostering strong relationships throughout the organization.
