Summary

I'm a Product and Team Manager, with 6 years of experience in the tech industry.
After several years managing customer care teams, I had the opportunity to lead product development in a startup environment. Prior to this experience, I've managed teams across different services: Customer Support, Customer Success and Sales. In addition to performing team management functions, I was responsible for service transformation projects and systems' management.
I can describe myself as someone highly motivated and eager to learn new skills. Besides, I'sm a problem solver by nature, a team player, and I'm able to multitask and work under a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
