Summary

I have over 15 years of product lifecycle management experience across manufacturing and Cloud businesses. Particularly, over the last 6 years, I have been at AWS as a Senior Tech Product Manager working primarily in two areas.
1) Amazon Elastic Block Storage (EBS) and Snapshots where I built the vision, strategy and execution for the roll out and growth of EBS and Snapshots on AWS's Edge platforms such as AWS Outposts, Local Zones and Wavelength zones. I built and launched a multi year product roadmap to cater to the needs of customers across Banking/ Finance, Gaming, Manufacturing and Government. I achieved triple digit YoY growth by converting customers in PoC to Production and launching products in 20 commercial regions and 2 government regions in a single year.
2) Data Center Infrastructure - Here, I held a large portfolio of services and products that included Global Infra product strategy for AWS Glacier (Archival service), AWS Ground Station (satellite Infra as a service) and AWS's modular data center deployments. I built the infrastructure scaling and cost strategy for AWS Glacier, expanded their footprint by 300% in 2 years by creating T shirt size infrastructure offerings at 66% lower cost ($/TB deployed). This allowed Glacier to become profitable not just in the large regions but also opportunistically expand at smaller growth regions. I spearheaded the first ever modular data center product for Ground Station taking them to remote corners of the world like Punta Arenas in Chile. This allowed them to gain large Govt customers like NASA.

I absolutely love working with customers to truly understand their needs. Coupling long term vision for the business and bringing a varied set of stakeholders together on the product journey is a challenge I enjoy. I am excited to continue my cloud journey by bringing my past experience along with me to my next opportunity.
