Summary

I interviewed with Tailorman in 2018 and was offered the opportunity I was looking for. I joined as an Associate Product Manager at the firm.
I was one of the first recruits for the tech team they were newly building there, therefore I had to learn a lot on my own. And because of that I could build strong products and strong team.
My major achievement's at Tailorman include enhancing customer experience to 70% by revamping e-comm website, reducing lead-time and human error by 80-80% across teams by revamping the internal website and automating reports leading to 90% reduction in human error and effort.
I have experience of preparing product backlogs, sprint backlogs, writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, conducting scrum meetings, preparing user/training manuals and carrying out training sessions.
I also have experience in building a product from scratch when I worked along with my friend on a business idea we had for a long time, and successfully launched the first phase of the website which is Eat.Plat.Trip.

Expectations

I want to work in a faster-paced technology-focused company. I expect to be a part of a team where members are driven and enthusiastic about building products and a workplace where I get to learn and impart my knowledge to the best of my abilities.
