Product Management, Process Optimization and Project Management: Drove high profile initiatives to optimize operational efficiency including reduced closing cycle times for credit, $20MM cost avoidance in interest expenses through automation of deposit pricing changes, development and deployment of new and enhanced deposit and credit products, on-line bank platform development, and sales process enhancements. Managed $150MM P&L Consumer fee revenue business, including overdraft programs and overdraft protection, ancillary fee-based products, deposits, and credit products.	Spearheaded a bank-wide project to revise transaction posting order practices for deposit accounts, aligning Santander with market standards and regulatory expectations. Successfully presented changes to OCC regulators, ensuring acceptance.
Led product innovation initiatives, developing and launching a diverse range of deposit, credit, and fee revenue services, including lines of credit, rewards programs, and online A2A&P2 products aligning the bank with competitive landscape. Presented and gained approval for new product proposals at executive levels, representing an international bank in Global Committees.
Managed overdraft services, ensuring compliance with regulations, market competitiveness, and internal procedures. Developed a business case for expanding fee-based products, targeting the low mass market segment to generate additional revenues and cross-selling opportunities.
Improved unsecured balances by over $190 million through the launch of personal lines and loans. Redesigned and implemented integrated, multi-channel credit products, including overdraft lines of credit and a cash debit card rewards program.
