Product Designer, UX Designer, UI/UX Designer
Summary
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Graphic and Web Design from the Technical College in Novi Sad, Serbia. I have worked as a UI/UX designer for the American corporation Smith Micro Software for the last 3 years. I participated in the creation of ViewSpot Studio, a software that simplifies retail display management (RDM) for wireless carriers by streamlining the design and customization of demo device experiences on both smartphones and tablets. This is a unique software that is used to dynamically display pricing and other information on devices in retail stores. I created/designed multiple experiences and templates for clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket and Orange. I worked on promotional materials for ViewSpot and other products sold by Smith Micro. Besides this, I also worked as a general designer and official photographer and videographer for the company. I also have more than 10 years of experience working in Adobe programs such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, PremierePro and others, as well as design for different websites, logos and various printed and online promo materials, as a freelance designer.
I should also mention that I gained extensive experience as a Manual QA Engineer beforehand, first at the company called Rhea Software (a sub-branch of UsableNet). I got to the position of a Senior, and then moved to Smith Micro, where I continued working as a QA for a while, primarily dealing with Graphics Quality Assurance on the program called Moho (anime studio), which is a 2D animation software used by large animation studios such as Universal. This experience vastly contributed to my advancement in UX, as I have developed a unique perspective for details and noticing potential problems before they even emerge.
I am a highly creative individual with a lot of hobbies, including photography, videography, gaming, music, watch collection and fishing.
