Product Designer

Summary

I'm a Product Designer with three years of experience working at Amazon and across startups in e-commerce, art, and education. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts with a minor in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania, and I am soon finishing a Master's of Science in Experience Design at Pratt Institute. I also received a certification in full-stack programming from NYU. Beyond education, I've completed multiple design challenges, most recently a 3-week design sprint with Amazon Music where my project was selected as a top 5 finalist.

Expectations

Mentorship when it comes to design leadership and business value -- I'm entering as a mid-level designer who is already proficient with software and fundamental design skills. I'm also looking for a company where changes are readily made and design follows an iterative cycle. I'm a big advocate for user testing and restructuring long-existing interfaces if these don't perform optimally with customers.
