Summary

In my current role, I am working cross-functionally along with the business, product,

and tech team to build products for the data-pipeline platform by following a research-

driven approach. I have conducted usability testing, analyzed user feedbacks.

And ensured consistency , coherence of design elements, style and branding. I have

extensively worked on B2B and B2C platforms. And created design system from scratch

and maintained it.

Apart from that I have hands on experience in development as well, so I can very well

communicate with the developers with respect to the designs. At last, I am passionate

about solving complex problems and creating user-centered products.

Expectations

Starting a new job as a product designer brings forth several expectations. I anticipate engaging in challenging and meaningful work, tackling complex design problems, and creating user-centric and innovative products. Collaboration is also vital, as I look forward to working in a supportive team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. Clear goals and expectations help guide my efforts, allowing for personal and professional growth through regular feedback and performance evaluations. Opportunities for learning and development are highly valued, such as attending workshops, conferences, and staying updated with the latest design methodologies and technologies. Supportive leadership is expected, as I seek guidance, support, and opportunities for advancement. Adequate resources and tools, including software and equipment, enable efficient execution of designs. An inclusive and diverse culture is essential, where everyone feels respected and valued, fostering creativity and innovation. Striving for a healthy work-life balance is also important to me, with reasonable workloads and policies promoting flexibility and personal well-being.
