Summary

In my previous role at Shipsy, I worked with a diverse group of people inside the organization as well as outside the organization be it with the Inside/Outside stakeholders, clients, or Internal/External teams in making them understand the product and solve their problems so as to make it very seamlessly. Being a Techy in Cognizant I know deep down how a product works and being an impressive decision maker, in case of any failure or to solve it in advance I am very much aware of whom to reach along with that being a problem solver, tickets raised or issues arise are solved at a faster pace

I graduated from Lovely Professional University with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I have developed certain skills necessary for this position as I used to dream big and have done a handful of certifications too. I am optimistic and can work on my own without any need for supervision, having an adaptive nature I can also work effectively with a team and have no problem working with senior managers as well as the stakeholders to come up with strategies that will benefit the company
