My job role includes:
As a vendor management expert, I was handling invoice processing, invoice reconciliation and vendor management for the client NOVARTIS. Establishing the capability presentation between the Buyer and the Supplier in line with the companys strategic plan. Identify opportunities to improve vendors and processes - including administration - utilizing internal analytics and internal stakeholders feedback. Follow-ups with the vendor to ensuring noiseless operation till delivery. Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors to assess their performance against established criteria and objectives. Designing a benefit structure that is attractive and market relevant. Understanding the compliance and ensure vendors comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Solving escalated queries coming from clients and employees.

Handled all the Functional activities be it invoice process, spend analytics and forecasting for the clients like Microsoft, VMware, Adobe, Citrix, and Symantec. Worked on relevant applications and software like Microsoft Navision and SAP. Purchased and sell licenses for the international clients. Handling and dealing with the Globe (APAC, EMEA and US region). Worked on Saas Solutions.
