I have always chosen my positions based on the opportunity to learn a new skill or be exposed to a new technology. My theoretical computer science background gives me the ability to pickup new programming languages at will. At the same time I have spent a lot of time in leadership roles and enjoy honing my "soft skills" as well.
I am looking for a senior programming position where I can help build the culture of an organization. I love mentoring junior developers and working closely with business and product stakeholders. At the same time I love to pound out code, get my hands dirty and live in the trenches with my teammates.
