Postdoctoral Position in Physics

Summary

I am writing to express my sincere interest in postdoc position. I received my Ph.D. degree in Physics in December 2022. I have published seven research articles in high-impact SCI & Scopus-indexed reputed international journals. I have carried out structural studies of Sm doped Ge2Sb2Te5 thin films using XRD, Raman, XPS, FTIR and optical studies using UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy morphological studies through FESEM and AFM and also performed the temperature-dependent electrical measurements of thermally evaporated thin films of Sm doped Ge2Sb2Te5. DSC has been also used to investigate the thermal properties of Sm-doped Ge2Sb2Te5. I have expertise in handling scientific equipments such as thermal evaporation unit and electron beam evaporation unit, UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer and electrometer. Apart from that I also have sound teaching experience.
