Project Management activities:

1. Proper Project management as per best project management methodology, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables.
2. Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the quality Standards.
3. Risk Management ( RAID).
4. Resource utilization, Project Burndown, Planned Vs actual etc.

Budget management & Control:

1. Budget Planning, Budget Allocation, Monitoring Expenses, Variance Analysis.
2. Adjustments and Control: Based on the analysis of variances, appropriate adjustments and corrective actions are taken to control expenses and bring them in line with the budget.
3. Planned vs Actuals, Provisions, Vendor invoice tracking, PO tracking, Accruals.
4. Project profitability Analysis, Reports.

Negotiation Ability to manage stakeholder expectations as well as the Product development teams.
Resourceful in identifying risks, issues and dependencies, managing them through a log and providing escalations & recommendations where required.
