- Created offer letters and employment agreements for new joiners, working with multiple EOR providers such as Remote and Multiplier
- Helped to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners between offer acceptance and first day
- Contributed to wider People & Talent initiatives focussing on candidate experience, D&I and company culture
- Supported the Talent team by sourcing new candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter

Expectations

I am searching for a role that genuinely excites and challenges me! Previously I worked for a Series-B start up and each day was very different, this is what I love! I enjoy staying organised (coming from a self proclaimed organisation nerd) and creating workflows and documents is my thing! I would like to work within a friendly team, I am very empathic and will lend a hand to anyone who needs it.
