Summary
I have 16 years of corporate experience focused on Learning and Development, sourcing and recruiting, marketing, and project management. I was responsible in leading the Training, Recruitment, and Research Section in the Sales and Marketing Department focused on hiring and onboarding 30 to 300 personnel annually. This role served as the main business partner of HR in taking care of all the needs of the various stakeholders and employees of the Sales and Marketing Department.
