People and Culture Manager
Summary
I'm an HR professional with 6+ years of experience focused on creating policies that reflect a company's mission, vision, and values.
With work being where most people will spend 1/3 of their life, I've made it part of my life's mission to make that 1/3 a positive experience for the employer and the employee. To live that mission, I have focused on employee relations, hiring/onboarding processes, performance management, and leadership development. I also have experience in all other aspects of HR because I've been an HR department of 1 for the past 3 years.

Expectations
I'm looking to work for a company that lives its mission through every aspect of the business.
My next role will ideally be on a team of people operations practitioners where I can be a contributor in the department. My current title is Head of People but I'm open to manager and specialist roles if it means I get to join an amazing team!
