I am a People Analytics subject matter expert with 10 years of experience designing surveys for all stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, stay interviews, quarterly/yearly engagement surveys, exit) and on multiple HR topics (DE&I, employee benefits, performance management). Experienced with project managing over 100+ surveys and delivering over 100+ presentations with associated data visualizations & employee insights to C-level executives and other non-technical stakeholders. Statistical analyst with over 5 years paid experience as a coder/programmer/data visualization expert in R, including experience in automating statistical tests and programming algorithms for text analysis of comments on employee surveys. Ran large enterprise-wide surveys for Fortune 10 health care company (350K employees) and a Big Four bank (250K employees).
