Summary

For the past five years, I have been deeply involved in complex federal litigation, specifically handling the
preparation and management of 2241, 3582, and 3583 motions. My experience also spans immigration
law, torts, property forfeiture, and administrative remedies, all of which have required a high degree of
procedural knowledge and substantive legal research. I am comfortable diving into databases like
Westlaw and LexisNexis to build strong legal arguments and can efficiently draft pleadings, briefs, and
other essential memoranda from scratch.

Expectations

I am eager to align my professional skills with an organization that deeply understands the barriers faced by justice-impacted individuals, equipping and empowering unrepresented individuals to advocate for themselves regarding court-imposed debt and unconstitutional convictions, disrupting the status quo to reclaim the power of the law, and organizing system-impacted people, providing legal representation and reentry support, and advocating for policy reform to restore opportunity to communities harmed by the criminal legal system.
