Summary

Has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, credit management and collections, operations, customer service, sales and marketplace applications, from project launches to commercial launches, post-launch management and operational excellence, both nationally and internationally. He has 30 years of rich experience at the level. Hussain played key roles in two of his key strategic start-ups: Zain Bahrain in 2004 and Zain KSA in 2007. He has made significant contributions in the areas of commercial, customer service, credit management and collections. He contributed to communications and strategic planning in the implementation of the commercial launch initiatives for both companies.

He moved to MTC Vodafone Bahrain in 2004, now known as Zain Bahrain, where he was responsible for forming the debt collection function, launching the debt collection system, bad debt policy, legal actions and was in charge of taking appropriate measures. His main goals was to reduce the bad debts and maintain cash flow while maintaining customer experience and revenue goals. Hussain was then selected to participate in the project launch of Zain KSA in 2007. His primary role was to establish the customer service function and credit management and collections department.

In 2016, Hussain Zain left Saudi Arabia to take on a new challenge with an outsourcing company as head of sales for Dubai and Oman. He was responsible for sales and business development

He returned to Bahrain in 2019 to work as an operations manager for the Carriage Food Delivery

application. He was responsible for operations, logistics and partner relations in Bahrain. In 2021, he

joined Justclean (a laundry on-demand application) as Partner Success Manager, responsible for

operations, partner success, and business development.
