Summary

I completed a Bachelor of Science, Double Major in Computer Science and Information Systems. While in university I was awarded Certificates of Outstanding Achievement for Computer Science 345 Human Computer Interaction and Computer Science 373 - Computer Graphics and Image Processing.

I am an Operations Engineer at C3 Post Trades Auckland branch. We provide technical solutions and mapping of financial data based on client or business requirements. We handle business-as-usual client queries and configuration requests, financial file mapping, troubleshooting, running database queries, and identify solutions. Main responsibilities include monitoring the C3 systems health in relation to database performance, application accessibility, functionality, and data integrity. Here are a few of the softwares and programmes that I use at C3:

Exposure to Biztalk, Elasticsearch Kibana, SourceTree, Microsoft SQL
Proficiency with SQL, T-SQL, Jira, XML, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, .NET Framework

My friend and I re-sell vintage clothes on social media to help make fashion more sustainable. We have found a way to source handpicked second-hand vintage clothing from all over the world. Over 1300 pieces sold and created a platform to sell clothes, promote self-acceptance and creativity. We have our own website, post on our platform on a consistent basis, created our own Custom Tee among many other ventures. We hope to branch out into different streams in the future and become a full-time business.

Upon graduation, I successfully got the role of Produce Supervisor at Countdown Howick where I was second in charge of the department and was also responsible for training assistants. I was highly skilled across most departments and roles during my time at Countdown and was able to pick up shifts across a few departments and was able to handle with responsibility.

Expectations

I would like to give anything a try. Though I would prefer to do something data-related. I highly favour the idea of having a secure job, a job that offers career progression and a bit of flexibility.
