Operations Analyst
Summary
-Analyzing obstacles that can act as barrier in execution of
projects by performing Pilot runs and doing end user interviews
and also using tools such as 5 Why analysis and Fishbone
diagram.
-Work directly with Clients and Vendors to understand
budgetary requirements to ensure contract closure on time.
-Align with KAM and City Leads to coordinate and increase the
task execution activities with keeping quality in control.
-Managed clients :Housing ,Flipkart, PhonePe ,Lenskart
-Managed client approval for Housing at 94% Month on Month.
-Increased revenue for Flipkart seller onboarding to 12 Lacs with
also achieving the client's target within fixed TAT.
