Summary

11 Year Army Officer looking to pivot into the tech sector. I bring a strong history of being placed into positions that required complex problem-solving and creative solutions. Optimizing for a collaborative work environment that allows me to have a strategic impact on the team or organization. Mission alignment and focus are strong motivators for me and I would love to work in Defense Tech or similarly aligned roles that continue serving our nation from the private sector.

Expectations

A company that is collaborative in nature, with a broad scope of projects, and allows for fluidity amongst them. I think that being able to move between projects every one to two and a half years is important to keep me interested and satisfy my curiosity. I do not like the role of being an individual contributor but rather see my next position as a leadership or executive support role that allows me to be a part of the decision-making process. The ability to influence the direction of a team is important to me and provides a sense of buy-in that allows me to operate more effectively. In time I would like to assume a senior director role overseeing numerous programs
