I am a dedicated Process Development Manager with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Since 2016, I have been with BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics, where I have grown from a Manufacturing and QC Associate to my current role. My academic background includes a M.Sc. in Structural and Molecular Biochemistry and a degree in Biology and Chemistry from Hebrew University, providing me with a strong foundation in scientific principles and practical applications.

I excel in developing project plans, generating and reviewing critical documentation, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and cGLP guidelines. My leadership in internal development projects has significantly contributed to our company's innovation and operational efficiency.

My previous roles at BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics have equipped me with a diverse skill set. As a Process Development Associate, I was instrumental in method validation, testing, and managing the integration of production processes into bioreactors. I have hands-on experience with Real-time PCR, ELISA, and Flow Cytometry, which has been vital in our development studies.

During my tenure as Interim Manufacturing Manager, I successfully established a new manufacturing site, including hiring and training personnel, implementing new equipment, and optimizing supply chain operations. My ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensured a seamless transition and integration of the new site.

As a Manufacturing and QC Associate, I played a key role in producing clinical and qualification batches, conducting release testing, and overseeing contract laboratories. My efforts in facilitating technology transfer to US CMOs and supervising phase III clinical trials have been noteworthy.
