My passion for the last 15 years is resolving day-to-day operations problems. I am a quality program manager by education (Lean Six Sigma), a project manager to satisfy my need for ownership (PMI, Jira/Confluence), and curious data insights analyst (Excel, SQL, Tableau). I operationalize objectives by taking action to achieve the specified key results. I'm a team player who communicates effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
