Summary

As a Software Network Engineer, I am passionate about the intersection of software and network technology. My technology skills include proficiency in Python, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, C#, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos SQL Database. During my 5 years at a FAANG company, I successfully managed and delivered several high visibility projects. This includes deploying and managing the global WAN Backbone Network Devices, as well as developing and scaling end-to-end software applications in Azure Cloud.

I have a track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams, and communicating technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. My strong interpersonal skills make me an effective communicator and team player. I am experienced in presenting findings to leadership. My problem-solving skills enable me to anticipate/mitigate potential project risks. I have a result-oriented and high-ownership mindset towards any project.

A few project highlights:
- Deployed the new 100G RNG Americas Ring Backbone, and 3 new Internet EDGEs. These two efforts greatly increased the Internet throughput and latency by over 50%.
- As the Lead Automation Engineer for the AT&T Circuit Migration Project, I built Automation that helped migrate over 400 circuits in 11 months. This led to large savings in personnel time, validations, outage prevention to the tune of over $500k.
- Developed over 30 end-to-end software applications to manage network devices, reducing the average time to build a device and manage it, with savings of over 1000 hours, and rapid deployments within minutes down from hours.
- Deployed apps to scale in Azure Cloud, leveraging Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos Database, and also built Front End UIs, allowing scaling by over 10x.
