Network Operations Technician

Summary

Nearly 3 years Hands on experience working in a data center environment. Responsible
for monitoring and controlling and troubleshooting the satellite communication consoles,
WAN circuits, switches, routers, servers, satellite communication and terrestrial networking
issues, processes, and applications for Government Satellite Services. Daily tasks include
providing exceptional customer and team support, while working to triaging casualties
and escalating to the appropriate level when required. An additional 8+ years of military
experience testing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing computer-controlled
electronic systems.
