Summary

Checking & Resolving network connectivity issues, such as slow connectivity, dis-continuity of their
branch or core network through Putty.

Discuss and Provide the monthly or daily based SLA & Network Management Reports with clients.

Logging the call on Remedy tool with priority tickets like P1, P2, P3
Logging the down call with ISP & service provider and taking follows up accordingly.

Giving online support to field engineers for timely rectification of problem at site.

Maintaining SLA for all customers.

Reset or unlock the password from AD (Active Directory) for clients or users.

Remotely handling for update application or software and also check Internet and Printer
connectivity issue with troubleshooting.

Testing of Field & Repaired V-Sat RF & IF equipments like RFT, Modem, Up & Down convertor,
ODU, LNB, etc. on bench and live setup.

Managed Layer 2/3 CISCO Routing/Switching and troubleshoot of network related issue of
customers.

Implementing, maintaining, upgrading and backups of Cisco routers configuration files.

Make monthly network related activity reports of Dama, Gilat, and Skylinks technology.
