Key Responsibilities:

Worked on a 24X7 rotational shift basis to ensure continuous coverage.
Responsible for handling network operations for a key AAA client.
Monitored critical alerts on Logic Monitor for Firewall, Switches, and Access Points, prioritizing based on severity (P1, P2, P3).
Oversaw and managed all network operations related to AAA, including monitoring SNOW queues and resolving incidents based on severity.
Collaborated with vendors such as Palo Alto TAC, Cisco TAC, and F5 TAC to address technical issues.
Managed and configured various network devices, making necessary changes when required.
Generated tickets and performed follow-ups with ISPs including AT&T, AT&T DSR, Granite, COX, Lumen, and Comcast.
Escalated cases with ISPs and vendors as needed.
Technical Expertise:

Proficient in troubleshooting Cisco Nexus 9K switches, Cisco 2960 switches, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco WLC 5520, and Access Points.
Conducted whitelisting of MAC addresses in WLC and added new Access Points to the controller.
This role demands a high level of technical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment. The individual must be adept at collaborating with vendors and ISPs to ensure the seamless operation of network infrastructure for the AAA client.
