I have worked for 18+ years at a large telecommunications company. I have worked both on the customer support side and also with the NOC. For the last 5 years I have been with the Voip NOC supporting various types of hardware such as follows:
Broadworks, Sonus, Metaswitch, Cisco, Adtran, T1, Genband, Perimeta SBC, ACME SBC, and Juniper routers.
